Shipping, Pick Up & Return Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping my website The following are the terms and conditions that constitutes our Shipping, Pick Up  & Return Policy.

Shipment Rate & Processing 

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at check out. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for shipping. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are processed between 1-5 business days (This does not include shipping days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Local Pick Up 

Local Pick Up is only available on Wednesday & Saturday. If any order is place for Local Pick Up and your items are not picked up within 5 days after your order, your items will be shipped by USPS or returned to inventory. If your order is shipped, your order will be adjusted for the cost of shipping. If we are unable to ship your items for any reason, a partial refund will be given, and restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from your total. 

All Local Pick Ups should be picked up within 5 days after your order; NO EXCEPTIONS. Pick Up location is given at the time your order has been processed. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are offered. If an item is faulty or damaged during transit we will offer an exchange or store credit with the return of the purchased item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item was delivered to you and you discover it has been stolen, you should immediately report this issue to your area post office. Be sure you have your tracking number available. We do not grant refunds or replacements if your order was lost due to an incorrect input of your mailing address.
